We help you comply with the Mexican Official Standards
Telecommunications for your products
If you are an importer, manufacturer, distributor or person responsible for products aimed at the final consumer in Mexico, it is essential that you comply with the Mexican Official Standards (NOM).
Inspection of Telecommunications Equipment in Mexico
Compliance Opinion NOM- 192-SCFI/SCT1
Unlike a certification, the inspection of telecommunications equipment results in the issuance of a Compliance Report. This process ensures that television and decoder equipment complies with regulations along with the requirements established by the Mexican Official Standards (NOM), essential for their commercialization in the Mexican market.
Although the inspection includes a detailed documentary and technical review, the final result is the issuance of a report, not a certification. This report ensures that the telecommunications equipment has been inspected, captures the terrestrial television signal, and complies with the applicable technical standards, facilitating its importation and use in Mexico.
